Weekly diets of families around the World

This week I was fascinated with our guest, Karin Yapalater, critically acclaimed author, holistic counselor, and producer with the Emmy Award Winning PBS Series, ‘In The Mix’/ SOSOS. I encourage you to check out their website, www.inthemix.org. ( And also encourage you to listen to the podcast on this site of her show). Karin talked about the diets of our children and teens, and how imperative it is that we change these bad habits and routines. As fate would have it, my friend Jill Hoelting, ironically forwarded this powerful illustration to me today. If a picture is worth a thousand words, here are 9000 to take to heart.
